The 50s is the golden age of the Swing and Ratpack singers with classics like Sinatra’s ‘Come Fly With Me’ released in 1957. Rock and Roll also exploded onto the music scene and Elvis, The Everley Brothers and Chuck Berry have been very popular in Britain ever since.
50s numbers make for a great party, the songs don’t take life too seriously, they are romantic, energetic and fun. The younger generation also know and love 50s music from recent films and TV shows so nobody will be left out if you hire me to sing 50s songs at your event
